PRINT INFO

Artwork Requirements

The better your artwork, the better your print. Here’s how to prep files like a pro:

  • Best Format: Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, or high-res .PDF)
  • What’s a Vector? Vector files are made of paths, not pixels—so they stay sharp at any size.
  • Color Profile: Use CMYK (not RGB) for accurate colors in print.
  • Resolution: 300 DPI or higher (if raster)
  • Transparent Background: Makes printing easier and cleaner.

Not sure if your file is good to go? We'll check and flag any issues before production.

FAQs

Q: What print method will my order use?

A: We choose based on your artwork, garment, and quantity. Most jobs use DTF Transfers for the best mix of quality and speed.

Q: Can I request screen printing or DTG?

A: Yes. Just reach out for a custom quote and we’ll confirm the best method for your project.

Q: What if I don’t have a vector file?

A: We can often convert it for you or recreate your logo. Some redraws may involve a small fee.

Q: Can you match my brand colors exactly?

A: We do our best based on the file you send. For exact Pantone matching, request it when you submit your artwork.

Q: Can you print on any garment?

A: We print on most materials including cotton, poly-blends, and technical fabrics. Some methods work better on specific items—our team will choose what’s best.

Q: What file types can I upload?

A: Vector files preferred (.AI, .EPS, .SVG, .PDF). We also accept high-res .PNG or .JPG at 300 DPI.

Q: Can I get a sample first?

A: Yes—just let us know. We can run a single piece or small test run before full production.
