Custom Crafted, Personalized for You
At MTL Label, each piece we create is made-to-order, tailored to your specifications. Because of the custom and personalized nature of our products, we adhere to a specific returns policy.
Returns & Replacements:
- Made-to-Order Goods: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. Each item is uniquely crafted according to your design specifications, making it exclusively yours.
- Our Commitment to Quality: If your order doesn’t match the design you approved or if there are production flaws, we’re on it. Contact us, and we'll arrange for a replacement that meets the high standards you expect from us.
- Errors in Your Design: Please review your designs carefully before submitting them. We produce your items exactly as designed, and cannot accept returns or offer replacements for errors made during the design process, such as incorrect spelling or color choices.
How to Report an Issue:
If you encounter any issues with your order that you believe are due to our production process, please reach out to us
within 7 days of receiving your order:
- Email us at info@mtl-label.ca with details of the issue. Include your order number, the date of your purchase, and a brief description of the problem.
- Photographic Evidence: Please provide photos of the product issue to help us better understand the concern.
- RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number: If a replacement is deemed appropriate, we'll provide you with an RMA number and instructions on how to return the item to us.
Shipping for Returns:
- Faulty Items: If a return for replacement is authorized due to our fault, we will cover the shipping costs.
