From artwork prep through delivery, we ensure your custom apparel is produced flawlessly and arrives on schedule. Below is an overview of our streamlined workflow, typical turnaround, shipping details, and how we package and track your order.

Production Workflow

All work is done in-house so we maintain full control over quality. Our process has four steps:

1. Artwork Prep & Digitizing

Once we receive your files, our team:

  • - Finalizes the design for printing or embroidery digitizing
  • - Matches colors precisely to your brand palette
  • - Creates a proof/mockup for your approval

2. Production Run

After mockup approval, we produce your order:

  • - Embroidery: Thread-by-thread stitching for a premium textured look
  • - Printing: Vibrant, durable prints that adhere perfectly to fabric
  • - Contract Services: Large-scale runs on client-supplied garments

3. Quality Check

Every item is hand-inspected to ensure:

  • - Print accuracy and vibrancy
  • - Stitch alignment and density (for embroidery)
  • - No loose threads, misregistration, or defects

4. Packing & Labeling

Once approved, we:

  • - Fold and bag each garment neatly
  • - Box items securely for transit
  • - Prepare all documentation (packing slip, shipping label)

Turnaround Times

Our standard window is 5–10 business days after you approve the final proof. If you need faster service, please contact us to discuss rush options and availability.

Shipping Options

We offer free shipping across Canada on all online orders. We also partner with major carriers for additional services:

Free Standard Shipping (Canada)

Rush & International

Packaging & Tracking

We package each order to protect it during transit. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Simply click the link to monitor progress.
